This intensely concentrated wine was made solely from low-cropping vines. The main characteristics are melon & passion fruit bouquet, crisp acidity & a lingering herbaceous note.
Gravitas was ranked New Zealand's top Sauvignon Blanc by Bob Campbell, New Zealand's leading wine judge, writer & educator.

Gravitas Pinot Noir 2004
This wine of impeccable balance, length and complexity is made from grapes hand-picked at extremely low yields and matured in French oak barrels. Contains a concentrated aroma of berry fruits and forest floor characters, intense ripe fruit and spice flavors underpinned by soft tannins.
